FAYETTE, Mo. – The MacMurray College women's wrestling team secured a winning season with a 32-8 win over Central Methodist University. With the win, the Highlanders cap off dual action with a 6-4 record, their first winning season in program history.

Three forfeit wins followed by a double forfeit at 123 gave MacMurray an early 15-0 lead.
At 130, CJ Bush pinned CMU's Daviona Bonner in 2:02, inflating the score to 20-0.

Mia Dow, ranked sixth nationally at 136, won via tech fall in 3:41. The Highlanders dropped their next match, but Julianna Moreno responded with an 11-2 decision at 155.

The teams traded forfeits in the final two bouts as the Highlanders sealed the win.
The team will compete at the National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships on Mar. 6-7 in Adrian, Mich.
