NAIA Conference Winners
Southern Oregon women edged out Providence by 4 pts for the conference title.
NAIA conference tournaments are in the books and team champions have been crowned. Here’s the winners:
Cascade Collegiate Conference: Southern Oregon University became back-to-back champions, taking the lead in the final rounds to defeat 2nd place Providence 166.5 to 161.5. Eastern Oregon was third with 98 points.
Great Plains Athletic Conference: Doane took home the team title by outpacing 2nd place Hastings 187.5 to 164. Midland was third with 107.5 points.
Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference: Ottawa dominated the event with 189.5 points. The University of St. Mary was a distant second with 119.5 points, beating out the University of Jamestown who had 103 team points.
Heart of America Conference: 1st place Grand View won the tournament over 2nd place William Penn by a score of 192 to 173. Missouri Valley was a close third with 169 points.
Mid-South Athletic Conference: Life University continued their winning ways, earning another Mid-South Conference title with 221.5 points. Cumberlands was second with 159 points, while Lindsey Wilson took third with 146 points. Campbellsville was in the hunt with 142 points.
Sooner Athletic Conference: Oklahoma City edged out Wayland Baptist by 1.5 points, winning 156.5 to 155 points. Texas Wesleyan was third with 131 points.
