Here’s our second round of Senior Level National Rankings for U.S. women. This update features adjustments we made based on feedback, the removal of some girls that had solid results but were still too young, and some tweaks after a deeper dive into a few weight classes.

The 2019 World Championships in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan certainly wouldn’t drop anyone out of #1, but when it comes to Jacarra Winchester, Tamyra Mensah-Stock and Adeline Gray, all who won gold medals, it certainly put their #1 ranking in cement for a while. What a performance by those three, making the 2019 team the first-ever to have three gold medalists the same year.

Keep in mind that we’re heading into an Olympic year and we’re going to start to see some shifts as U.S. women move to their Olympic weight classes, which are 50 kg, 53 kg, 57 kg, 62 kg, 68 kg and 76 kg. We’ve noted which weight classes are Olympic weights.
